  1. I have tested positive for Covid-19. Can I stay in a hotel?
    • Yes. But we only accept quarantine accommodation for Category 1 and 2 patients only.
  2. My family and I have tested positive for Covid-19. Can quarantine us in the same room?
    • Yes. Maximum capacity is 6 people depending on room type and hotel.
  3. What facilities are provided?
    • Transportation is available with additional charge.
    • Meals provided 3 times a day delivered to the room.
    • Daily visit by In-house doctor.
    • myPersonal App for self assessment throughout their stay at the hotel.
    • RTK-Antigen and RTK-PCR swab test services available with additional charge.
  4. I am at home. Can you come pick me up and send me to the hotel?
    • Yes. Transportation charges will apply depending on the distance traveled from the house/CAC to the hotel.
  5. Admission & Discharge Criteria?
    • Admission Criteria
      The criteria for admission to this facility is in accordance with the latest COVID-19 Management Guidelines in Malaysia, namely
      1. Adult
        COVID-19 category 1 and 2 patients who meet the following criteria:
        • Age not exceeding 60 years
        • No co-morbid such as DM, cardiovascular disease, chronic pulmonary disease including asthma, chronic renal disease, hypertension, obesity (BMI≥ 30 kg/m2)
        • Can move without assistance and can take their own medications
        • There are no current medical requirements such as hemodialysis
        • Does not pregnant
        • Does not meet the criteria for home quarantine
      2. Pediatric patients can only be accepted if the privacy and safety aspects can be addressed effectively and are not an issue
        If open space
        • COVID-19 category 1 and 2 patients who meet the following criteria:
          • Age 7 and above*
          • Have a suitable guardian (if necessary)
          • No co-morbid
        If the room is separate
        • COVID-19 category 1 and 2 patients who meet the following criteria:
          • Age 2 and above*
          • Have a suitable guardian (if necessary)
          • No co-morbid
    • Discharge Criteria
      The criteria for discharge to this facility is in accordance with the latest COVID-19 Management Guidelines in Malaysia, namely
      1. Symptomatic COVID-19 patients (other than Category 1):
        • At least 10 days have passed since symptoms began and;
        • At least 24 hours have passed since the resolution of the fever without any fever medication and;
        • Other symptoms such as difficulty breathing, cough and others have improved
      2. Asymptomatic COVID-19 patients (Category 1 only):
        • After 10 days have elapsed from the date of the first positive RT-PCR / RTK Ag test
  6. After the quarantine period at the hotel expires, can I remove the pink bracelet myself?
    • We will advise patient accordingly as the procedure differs from each CAC
